Restoring Eichler History

The JRP team has been hard at work restoring a historic Eichler home in Thousand Oaks. We’re honored to bring this special home back to life, and we’ve looked forward to sharing the details with you!

It’s a stunning expression of mid-century modern architecture. The vision in modernizing this historic Eichler home with a 21st-century makeover was to respect the work of Joseph Eichler and restore it to the 1964 icon of California modernism it once was.

JRP is delighted to lead the vision in design and construction to preserve this architectural treasure in true Eichler style and history!

Our Interior Designers selected every material intending to honor the original home’s time period. The restored Eichler home features glass walls, post and beam, tongue and groove ceilings, and oversized porcelain tile floors throughout. The free-flowing indoor/outdoor floorplan is highlighted with a signature atrium!
