Below are JRP's suggested furnished rentals where you can relax away from home during construction. While we pride ourselves on liveable construction cleanliness, we understand some clients would be more comfortable off-premises. Here are our personal recommendations.

Sleeps 6, located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bath rental home is a 4-minute drive to the freeway and a 30-minute drive to PCH and the local beaches. The area boasts many delicious restaurants and exciting nightlife at some of the local wineries and bars. Also in the area, there are a plethora of hiking spots including the beautiful Wildwood Regional Park and the Los Robles Trail. Adventure parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain are all an easy drive away.

Sleeps 10, located in Oxnard, CA.

Completely renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath rental home on the water in Channel Islands Harbor. Easy walk, bike, or five-minute drive to the unspoiled beaches of California's Gold Coast. This area is one of the last undiscovered beach towns in Southern California, and truly an ocean lover's paradise! And it's mostly surrounded by farmland as far as the eye can see (fresh-picked strawberries anyone?) Located halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara, this is the ideal family retreat location.
