Rendering vs. Reality: Can You Tell the Difference?

Sometimes the hardest part of a remodel project is envisioning the final product. This is why we create renderings to help you visualize the space.

Rendering vs. reality – It is nearly impossible to not present accompanying renders when proposing a remodel project to a client. The rendering can be drawn by hand or brought to life in AutoCAD. No matter the software or style that is used, it is a critical reference for homeowners to see how some high-end finishes will look to justify costs. It is one of the closest possible representations of the designer’s vision for their client’s dream home.

Knowing what any space will look like after walls are knocked down or entirely reconfigured is a visual challenge for most people so having the luxury of high quality, accurate renderings is a plus for any remodel. JRP Design & Remodel understands this challenge; our skilled drafters are able to produce scaled drawings that account for design choices, color, and even lighting plans in order to provide our clients with the best possible representations of their project. In fact, they’re so close, it’s hard to tell which is the rendering and which is the real thing! Rendering vs. reality – can you tell which is which?
