Before remodeling, this home was cookie-cutter basic. The clients wanted to modernize both the exterior and interior of their home while still giving it a mid-century feel. They saw that their space had plenty of potential and turned to JRP for their expertise. A unique and exciting project!
The JRP team transformed what was once a bland home into a unique and structurally gorgeous work of art. The dramatic trellis gives height to this single-story home. The linear patterns on the siding, garage doors, and trellis give the home a look that is pleasing to the eye. JRP contrasted the angular windows of the home with the rounded planter and pom-pom drought-resistant greenery. By doing this, it softened the overall look of the remodel. Finally, hexagonal flower-pattern tile and a bright teal front door bring the finishing touches to this captivating mid-century design. This home was truly transformed into an art piece that stands out in the most beautiful way.
