0:16 can enter your username and password and
0:18 press login to access your portal this
0:25 will bring you directly to your summary
0:27 page and dashboard for your project pay
0:30 close attention to the what's happening
0:31 section of the summary page here you
0:33 will see red notifications next to any
0:35 items that are new or require your
0:37 attention the key features of the portal
0:40 that you will be actively using our
0:41 daily logs change orders and documents
0:46 the first feature we will explore is
0:48 daily logs there will be two ways to
0:50 access these logs you can either go
0:52 underneath the what's happening section
0:54 and click on the red notification or you
0:58 can go directly up to the daily logs tab
1:03 daily logs are progress reports coming
1:05 to you from your project manager to keep
1:07 you up to date on your project when
1:09 accessing the daily logs tab you can see
1:11 an overview of all the daily logs
1:13 submitted by your project manager to
1:15 view a daily log in detail simply click
1:18 the date to open here you can review
1:21 notes photos and utilize the messaging
1:24 section to comment directly on the daily
1:27 log the comments display much like text
1:29 messages back and forth to track all
1:31 communication between you and your
1:33 project manager to ensure you never miss
1:35 an update on your project you'll be
1:37 receiving an email notification with a
1:39 portal link any time your project
1:41 manager submits a new daily log the next
1:44 feature we want to look at will be
1:45 change orders much like daily logs you
1:48 can access change orders from your
1:49 summary screen click summary in the top
1:52 left and I'll pull you back to your home
1:54 page now you'll be able to see any
1:57 pending change owners right here in the
1:58 what's happening section or you can
2:00 click the change orders tab up top
2:05 from this screen you'll be able to see
2:07 any pending change orders that you need
2:09 to sign off on and any previous change
2:11 orders you gave your signature on now
2:13 when you have a change order that needs
2:15 to be approved you will get an email
2:16 notification that looks something like
2:18 this from this screen you'll be able to
2:22 see the description of the change order
2:23 any file attachments any notes and even
2:26 click view details to open it right up
2:28 in your portal from your portal you'll
2:32 be able to click on a change order
2:34 review pricing any attachments your
2:37 description then hit the disclaimer so
2:40 you can approve your change order then
2:42 you can electronically sign off locking
2:45 in this change order now it will fall
2:51 under approve change orders the last
2:54 feature to be aware of is the documents
2:55 tab you will see from your dashboard
2:57 that you were alerted anytime there are
2:59 unread documents pending your review
3:01 click to the documents section of the
3:03 program and explore the files on your
3:06 portal much like you'd explore documents
3:08 on your computer as always if you have
